R.I.P.

(CNN) - Don LaFontaine, the voiceover king whose "In a world ..." phrase on movie trailers was much copied - and much parodied - has died, according to media reports. He was 68.

Admit you've done the voice.

Man, that guy was awesome. RIP, Don!

I used to think 68 was really old. Now, it seems so young.

He was that man. He was that voice. His only goal -- to keep a promise, to become -- VOICE-MAN.

I suppose what'll happen now is they'll get one of the millions of impersonators to step in and take over. Maybe one of these guys.
