Ooh wish I'd seen this earlier. Future events such as these shall affect me in the future.

I missed it, but I did see Part One of Burns' The War. I thought I knew so much about WWII, having seen endless numbers of movies, but there is so much I don't know. So much.

My son and I HAD to watch it, we'd never seen it before, and sat there giggling all the way through. No, not the War thing. I had preview tickets to that, by the way, at a theater in town, cause part of it is about the people here in Sacramento, but was out of town last week and missed it. Back to Plan 9, it would be a blast to remake that for a high school film class project. I bet someone already has. My fave was Bunny Breckinridge, loved his leftover Shakesperean outfit and rolling eyes, oh, and Tor Johnson, he of the Halloween mask face, and Dudley Manlove, what an actor, but yeah, great voice. How did we ever watch movies before the option of Wiki-ing things on our laptops?

One of the best Mystery Science Theater 3000s was with Plan 9. Actually, all the Ed Wood flicks (along with Burt I. Gordon).

Oh, Jefe, I am a MSTY! I loved that episode, too, but my favorite is still "Manos, Hand Of Fate!"

Manos was indeed one of the best ever. My favorite MST3K line, however, was from Santa Claus:

"Santa's gonna cut you, man! Santa's a blade man, man!"
