I would like to take this time to point out that I lack anything in the way of a sports gene. While this may not seem important in a contest involving Actors, I think my lack-of-sports-genieness is so severe it carries over into other bracket-designing activities.

In the future, to counter any poor choices I might make following careful deliberation, I intend to make my picks by throwing darts at a printout. And then only after sucking down six or twelve pints of Guinness.

I shall be a force to be reckoned with.

I totally suck at this.

'Nuff said.

Nah man. It's all about what you believe in. So what if you lose. Who gives a fuck? The point is not to win; the point is to play.

Yeah it's all about having fun and dishing.

BTW: I'm looking forward to hearing how everyone came to their final picks.

Hey, I squeaked past PJ! So while I, too, totally suck at this, I squeaked past PJ! I mean, I am _ahead_. Of PJ! That is way way cool.

My last hope is gone. I'm going down. It was nice knowing yez. I did something really st00pid: I chose actors I liked and admired, when I should have been choosing the ones everyone else would pick. I put selfish opinions ahead of the will to win, which is why I deserve to come last. Just take me out into the cornfield now, but leave my little brother alone, he didn't do nothin.

Man... this is a tight race. I think I was towards the top last year and then in the last two rounds I dropped like an anvil. We'll see what happens.

btw... this is a lot more fun than basketball.

My God. What a whiner. Put up your dukes and fight like a man, you're ruining your studly image.

Look out! I moved from 19th spot to 15th. Squarely in the middle of the pack. This done entirely on th backs of our women actors. I totally missed on the men probably because I like men actors shooting guns. (e.g Clint)

Hey Grapes, I picked the actors I liked best, too, which is a change from last year, when I tried to guess what the majority would pick. Both times it worked out decently for me, although I have yet to finish with bragging rights.

In the first round there were a few cases where I at least considered what I thought would be the popular pick. I made up for this with "stupid" picks of my preference that I knew weren't likely to advance. We get bonus fun when our "sure things" get knocked out or our underdogs make a great play at the buzzer. I think it kind of balances out similar to that for most of you.

The bottom line is that I agree with what Grapes said at the top: "The point is not to win; the point is to play," to which I would of course add, "and to have fun."

Tim, when I said that I still thought I had a chance. Now that I've been crushed into the dust I believe winning is the only important thing -- more important than life itself. Sorry for any confusion caused.

LOL. But it's always more fun when you win. Other than that, you're right, Tim.

What I've enjoyed the most is the silly notion some of you have that you could have picked the winners, had you "picked the ones everyone else would pick." Like you knew people would pick O'Toole and Bergman to make the Sweet 16. Bwahahaha! Especially those of you who did this last year AND SAID THE SAME EXACT THING! Too funny. That's the thing about secret ballots -- you might have a hunch, but you never really know which way things are going to go.

All that said, I'm mixing it up as we move into the Final Four. New scoring method. Hang tight...
