I'll tell you folks right now, the picks are wide and varied, which will ensure a most intriguing and exciting tournament! If you care to, go ahead and post a link to the competition on your blogs. The more participants the better, if you ask me.
In the meantime, a little comedy from one of my personal favorites, It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World:

Mine's in! I'm pretty pleased with it, especially the final face-off selections on both sides. Of course I won't win cuz of my bias against MP, but that's okay. I know I'm right about what's funniest. :)
I want a trophy if I win. One made of chocolate. Or Vodka. I’m gonna send me “baby” brother over. You asssskkkkeeeddd for it.
btw...It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World WAS a pick of mine. I remember being a kid and watching that with my brothers, later night repeat I believe, with a BIG bowl of popcorn popped on the STOVE! The real deal.
See why we love movies?
Mine's coming tomorrow. Probably before noon.
WE used to have an annual "It's A..." viewing at my house when the network would show it, since my dad LOVED that movie. He'd laugh his ass off at the "kick the bucket" line every time. I love it, too, even though it is soooooo dated now. But that's half the fun!
IAMMMMW is never dated. Never! Every time I see Jonathon Winters riding that little bike I snarf whatever I'm drinking right out my nose.
LOL, yeah that's classic. I think my favorite character is Dick Shawn's Sylvester.
Hey, I think the casting was perfect, and it was a treat to see Spencer Tracy in something so zany.
Dick Shawn for sure!
Interesting, our two recent video posts, Jefe...
I went with my heart not my competitive side.
Mine's been sent. On with the show; this is it.
Sylvester is one of the single funniest characters ever in a movie. "That's why you had me, momma, so I could save you!"
Jeff Beck's song "What Mama Said" uses a Dick Shawn quote from that film.
Ahhh, how cool is that?!
