I think there's a lot to be said for High Anxiety.
I love so many Mel Brooks movies. Three made the tournament, and I seriously considered High Anxiety, History of the World Pt. 1 and Silent Movie too. But I'd have to say Young Frankenstein is my 2nd favorite MB movie.
You people are nuts! YF is THE best Brooks movie. High Anxiety was good though.
Okay, Blazing Saddles is my #1 favorite and Young Frankenstein is my #1A favorite.
I would rate both High Anxiety and HOTW Pt.1 as funnier than YF. I would love to see the Broadway prod. of YF, though, just because I like Andrea Martin.
I'm w/ Paula. YF is far & away my fave Mel Brooks as well.
